The Unique Features of Honey
Following are the special features of why Honey heaven is the best honey around the world.
⦿ Raw & Unprocessed Honey
Honey is raw, which means it has not been heated, pasteurized, or processed in any way that could damage its natural enzymes and nutrients. Our Raw Honey has a thicker consistency and a more opaque appearance compared to processed honey. Unprocessed honey is great for the protection of followings:
• Natural Enzymes
• Antioxidants
• Phytonutrients
• Essential Nutrients (Vitamins and Minerals)
⦿ Best Locally Produced Honey from Pesticides-Free Flowers
Our commitment to quality begins with selecting the most pristine landscapes, where bees gather nectar from different blossoms that are free from pesticides and other harmful chemicals. With careful attention to detail, our beekeepers take the honey from the best sources, ensuring that each jar contains the true essence of honeycomb. Every jar has its own flavor, depending on the tree from which the bee gathers nectar. You can enjoy the authentic taste of our locally sourced honey from the heart of Pakistan at the best price.
⦿ Traditional Way of Extracting Honey From Beehive
• Harvesting: From the beehives, bee-keepers carefully remove the honeycombs. Uncapping: To release the honey, they uncap the honeycombs using manual knives or other conventional instruments.
• Hand-pressing: Beekeepers use a hand-pressing technique for extraction. To physically harvest honey, they push the uncapped honeycombs gently.
• Settling: To aid in the separation of air bubbles and contaminants, the extracted honey is given time to settle in a tank.
• Filtration: Beekeepers can manually filter the honey using tiny mesh or cloth to further refine it and ensure a pure final product.
• Packaging: To preserve the handmade quality of hand-pressed honey processing, the honey must be meticulously packed into jars or other containers in the last stage.
